A Terminator is sent back in time from the dystopian era of 2029 to 1984 in order to kill a woman named Sarah Connor. The resistance of the future sends back Kyle Reese to protect her and inform Sarah of her importance in the conflict between an evil AI called Skynet and the human rebels.
